Welcome to the sixth interview of the Recipes for Resilience Series. I am with Lwandile Mohale, a fellow mom and colleague, a friend. She is the Founder of Lerwesa Life Coaching and Transformation Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner, Employee Wellness Consultant, and Breath Intelligence Facilitator. We are discussing grief, trauma and healing while celebrating June 16th in honour of the youth who lost their lives during the Soweto Uprising in 1976. Lwandile is based in Polokwane, South Africa.
