Welcome to the fifth interview of the Recipes for Resilience Series. My guest is Reda Jacobs. She is Body Stress Release; Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and Mindfulness Practitioner. Prior becoming a holistic wellness entrepreneur Reda worked as registered nurse and midwife, later advanced to psychiatric nurse and worked in health management. She is based in Polokwane, South Africa. In this vlog we discuss resilience in the context of demanding high stress career and the importance of mind-body connection.
After this interview I decided to finally try Body Stress Release. Reda combined Body Stress Release with TRE®. I found the actual treatment very gentle but the effect on the following two days were amazing. Going again at least for another two sessions. I highly recommend you to try out too!
